Every team performs once a year in our much-loved, showstopping graduate show, demonstrating the dances they've worked on all season — our season runs Sept/Oct through to July/Aug.
Depending on your team, you'll take on between 1 and 4 competitions and performances a year — a mix of competing on the UK circuit and other performance opportunities.
Beyond the stage, teams get together for socials across the year — part of what makes Continuity feel like a family, not just a company.
