Every Continuity studio runs the same standard, the same warm welcome, and the same Sunday rhythm — just pick whichever's closest to you.

On the south coast, with a growing team roster and one of our most social groups — expect a warm welcome and a strong sense of community.
Covering the wider Midlands area — Birmingham, Nottingham, Leicestershire, Worcester and beyond — with a close-knit set of teams.
