Continuity is more than just a dance company. It's a family of like-minded young professionals who want the benefits of community, dance and fun — a place to meet new friends, go on amazing socials, explore new choreography, and share a passion that didn't stop when the degree did.

We train in Jazz, Contemporary, Tap, Ballet, Street and Commercial at intermediate and advanced level, with different team options for varying abilities.

Continuity is made up of dancers with a huge range of non-dance careers — giving professionals the chance to work during the week and keep dancing at the weekend.

If you're in your 20s, looking to train at intermediate/advanced level after university, or wanting to continue your choreography journey, this is the place for you.

On a team

What being a member
looks like.

01Rehearse twice a month with the same team, at one of our locations. Each rehearsal is 2 hours long.
02Take two open classes a month in the same style as your team.
03Commit to 1–4 competitions and performances across the year, depending on the team you choose.
04Perform in our much-loved, showstopping end-of-year show.
05Audition for as many teams as you like — there's no limit.
06Pay a monthly membership of £25–£45, depending on the team you choose.
