Keep dancing
after you graduate.
Dance alongside your career.
Continuity is the UK's first and biggest graduate dance company — a place for university dancers in their 20s to train, compete and perform at a high level.
What we do
More family
than company.
Continuity is a family of like-minded young professionals who want the benefits of community, dance and fun — a place to meet new friends, explore new choreography, and keep sharing a passion that didn't stop when the degree did.
We train in Jazz, Contemporary, Tap, Ballet, Street and Commercial at intermediate and advanced level, with different team options for every ability.

On a team
What being a
member looks like.
- 01 Rehearse twice a month with the same team, 2 hours per session.
- 02 Take two open classes a month in your team's style.
- 03 Commit to 1–4 competitions and performances a year, depending on team.
- 04 Perform in our end-of-year graduate show.
- 05 Audition for as many teams as you like.
£25–45/month
Depending on the team you choose. No dance degree required — just an intermediate/advanced level and a reason to keep going.

Six styles.
One standard.
Jazz
Sharp, musical, performance-driven. Our most competition-active style.
Contemporary
Grounded, expressive work for dancers who trained in it — or want to.
Tap
Rhythm-first. Small, tight-knit team, big sound.
Ballet
Technique-focused classes for dancers keeping their foundation sharp.
Street
High-energy, hard-hitting choreography for competition stages.
Commercial
Industry-style choreography — the closest thing to a music-video shoot.
